Pathetic Claims Service
I am a Wealth Manager. I have been trying for 3 months to try to arrange the payment of a death claim. It was escalated to a Claims Manager (Daniel) who has done little to finalize this. My client needs the money desperately. Old Mutual are an embarrassment and hugely frustrating to deal with.
