Pathetic and full of lies

I have signed up for saving account with old mutual where I can only get access to y funds after 5 years however after a year you can request for a zero interest loan where they will deduct that money after maturity. I have requested zero interest loan on the 26th of May 2021 and the first lady i spoke to told me it will take 5-7 working days. I followed up last week Monday 31 May 21 and I was told funds will be in my account no later that today 09.06.21 and to date there's no funds. They are pathetic and I don't want anything to do with them going forward. You can't rely on them at all. I need to change my banking details as there's ***** happening on my account and I cannot do that because they need to deposit funds in the same account. I am really disappointed and I wont encourage anyone to take any policy with them, they are really PATHETIC
