Refer e-mail enquiry 22 July regarding PAYE on monthly Pension. Response with ref *** and Ce *** Follow up my e-mail 13 August that I have had no response after I was told that my question was forwarded to the relevant department. Received mail from you 16 August that my documentation have been lost and I must again submit. New ref now ***. Still no feedback?
