PASS 5 DAYS AND IM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY

My name is Renee Barends with ID *** with reference number : CE***,I surrenderd my policy 5 days ago and today is the 6th day, the reason I surrenderd my policy is to sort out my children's schooling,so today im sending my kids to school with old school uniform :(<br> , the turn around time says 5 days but I have heard nothing till today wich is the 6th day, I am very disappointed in Old Mutual for doing this to me, please LOOK into this matter urgently, because im considering taking this further,my husband has the same policy and is CONSIDERING cancelling his policy with Old Mutual because the way I am being treated.IM AWAITING YOUR URGENT RESPONSE IN THIS REGARD.<br> Thanks<br> <br> Mrs R Barends<br> <br> ***<br> <br> CELL: ***
