Partial disinvestment

I submitted forms last Monday to withdraw from my tax free savings account. I was told it will take a maximum of 11 working days. I was honeslty expecting to be given the run around and for the money to reflect at least a few months later. So I was quite surprised to receive it this morning, 8 working days after submitting forms. I don't know who to thank as this was all done electronically. Considering all the bad press facing Old Mutual, they really provided excellent service for me.
