PARTIAL CLAIM

Good day, <br> <br> On 05 April 2016 i requested a partial payment from Old mutual on 1 o my policies and went to their branch to submit the documents. The second day they sent me an SMS requesting that i email/fax my marriage certificate which i emailed 10 times the very next day and faxed it but they still claim they can't see it on the 5th day and say they are escalating my claim and should wait another 48 hours and promised that someone will call me on 12.04.2016... i will believe that when i see it.<br> <br> I need this process and paid out ASAP!!<br> <br> i have 2 policies with them and this was a [partial claim. with this experience im cancelling everything and done with them.<br> <br> <br> <br> Regards,<br> B<br> <br>
