Part Disinvestment:: Withdrawal Lead Time not clearly communicated

<p>I app**** for a disinvestment withdrawal on the 11th of April due to my mother being in hospital, I was told that the money would be in my account within 5-7 working days. Today I followed up with the head office as I had not see anything coming through my account and was told that it actually takes 15 working days. I am in a situation where my mother is now stuck and all I am hearing from Old Mutual is "There is no way they can help me" I have more than one policies with them and I get worried about me keeping them there if they are not sure of they are policies and also not willing to assist customers </p>
