For a company that have been managing retirement annuities for a long time, one would think they are more efficient in handling withdrawal requests. It is very disappointing to see the level of poor service my mother is receiving.

She supp**** all documentations, and also follow-up regularly. However, she keep receiving the same response that “ Her request has been fully processed” . But weeks have passed and her money has not been paid.
