paid up investment

My mom requested to make her investment policy paid up in September 2015. She was told that since she is paying via stop order it will take 3 months to stop payments from the employer. She was told that the funds deducted will be paid back to her. <br> <br> Its now January and they are still debiting and no one is making an effort and she cannot be running around to get her money back because no one is willing to help, instead they are passing the buck to management. She has sent all her documents for the refund but nothing is happening.<br> <br> someone must please do their job and stop giving old people a run around. Please make sure this policy is paid up. This money must refunded in 24 hours or I will be forced to take this to the insurance ombudsman.<br> <br> your service is disgusting to say the least
