Paid premiums yet my policy has been terminated

Paid premiums yet my policy has been terminated. this is now the second time. I had the displeasure of dealing with a Lisa today at 11:00 on your *** and must say that she is USELESS and had the don't care attitude. Listen to this call and advice if this is how you service your policy holders. I again received a terminate letter of a policy that is being paid monthly, I need this permanently resolved and before COB 21st Feb 2024 or refund me all my premiums. I do not have time for such nonsense. Infact resolve this **** or cancel and refund all my policies as you clearly don't value my business.
