Overcharging

<p>Last week I requested a settlement letter to pay for my loans at Old Mutual.Immediately when I received the settlement letter I paid the required amounts to settle the balances I had.but toy surprise and shock I'm still receiving demands from a company claiming to represent Old Mutual demanding I pay Old Mutual and I'm shocked because I got a paid up letter from Old mutual last week on Friday and they promised to clear me in ITC.pls help!!!!!</p>
