Overcharging
I took out a loan with Old Mutual, to try reduce the outstanding balance I paid an extra R1000, to my surprise I received a call and a quartely statement that says I am in arrears of R600, and 50 + cents. I tried contacting the call center to no avail, I kept holding for minutes without anyone assist me. I regret ever taking out a loan from these bunch of ******, they are worse than the loan sharks.
