Over charged

I have since been paying the account since 2013. Yes i stopped paying sometimes because of the balance not decreasing but increasing. when i do the calculations I have already paid R75 000+ and the principal debt was R68 000. Now the account amounts to R87 000. the account has gone through judgement and escalated to third parties but no change.
