Over charged
Hello Peter. I would like to complain that I recently had a bad experience with Old Mutual. I had an account with them witch I've settled with than. Last month they debit me again after I've settled my account with them. I've spoke to Siya guy and I was told to wait 48 hours, it's now 14 days later. I've been send to my nearest branch to get a form signed and sent away, still no luck. That's bad service.
