Over a month and no indiction of payout.

I have recently changed companies and thus decided to withdraw my retirement fund to use it for another investment. I finished with my company at the end of March and I still have not received any indication as to the estimated date in. I have phoned the consultants twice and they have both given me timeline which have not been met and still asked me questions I answered a month ago. I have also requested the actual amount but no indication has been given.<br> <br> I would appreciate if this matter could be expedited as this is important.
