Outstanding Retirement Annuity

Hi Peter<br> <br> I previously had a Retirement Annuity (RA) policy with Old Mutual. I then withdrew from the policy and received a 'Paid-up letter' which allows me to eventually get the money owed to me. I was told in Jan'16 that I have to go to an Old mutual branch to see a consultant, submit some documents and sign some papers as an approval for the money to be released. I did all these on the 8th Feb 2016 in Randburg. I was told that the money will be paid after 15 working days. To this date (02/04/2016), I have not heard back from Old Mutual and the money is still not paid. When I followed-up, I have not received any help (either the call centre consultant will tell me that they will investigate and get back to me - but never did, or I receive no responses to my emails). This is really frustrating anf unprofessional. Please help.
