OUTSTANDING OLD MUTUAL INFORMATION
We have already reported the estate in 2023 and received information on a few of the policies, but not all of them. We made an enquiry regarding the policies because some of them have beneficiaries, and the Old Mutual staff member mentioned that I need to provide her with all 20 policy numbers so that she can send us the COB, life cover amounts, tax certificates, and proof of payments to finalise the estate as well as the tax matters. I have already sent a summary of some of the policies to Old Mutual, but we kindly request that the outstanding documents be forwarded to us. Contact me via email.
