Outstanding customer service

How many people can say they had a outstanding experience with a call center consultant....well today I can! I would like to commend muraad sayed for his excellent service, he was extremely knowledgable, polite and conversed well. He assisted me with my enquiry within a matter of minutes. I was so amazed and would once again like to say thank you to him and I hope that your company recognizes what an asset YOU are to them. Ps I would hope that should I call in again I could deal with him!
