Out with the Old mutual in with the new

<p>I have 3 policies with old mutual group schemes its for funeral policies,I have been on areas with the accounts because they keep on debiting late as if they deliberately, And I spoke to first consultant who transferred my call blindly and I ended up in the same department and I got her colleague by the name of Kea Ngamule who insisted I go through everything I went through with the first consultant and when I couldn't she refused to help me,and she Kea and Buli put me on hold till the line cut my policies are still not sorted</p>
