Out standing claim

My mother passed away in Mach 2019.My mother had other people insured too.After the funeral I went to old mutal offices to do claims and request that I carry on paying for other members.I was told I can’t mainly because they are still processing her death claims.Immidently after claim payout that’s when I can pay for other life’s insured.But because old mutual took for ever to make a payout for the main member.All other insured life’s premiums were not being paid.The Lebowakgomo branch was helping us with the claims but the head office were the once’s holding the process on the claims.Till I took it issue upon my self to call head office and demand the bosses.To assist in the matter.Because clearly someone in Cape Town head offices was not doing their job.They finally paid our mother death claims on the the day, we were putting my granny to rest.We couldn’t claim for my grandma death as a result of not being insured.Even thought we wanted to pay the premiums.
