opening unauthorised policies
*****ulent policy was taken on my name and when i went to old mutual they told me it was probably brokers, so how do they then commission them if they are unable to identify them or its their way to ***** our money. I discovered on 14 July 2025 that a policy was taken on my name, i rushed to their branch and cancelled it and sent them an email and no response. I want them to cancell that policy and return that money. to some of us R198 is a lot of money when you don't have much. SIES to them

21 Aug 2025, 15:30sincere apologies will not undo damage done when i have a short fall to pay my bills. just have systems in place to ensure that these brokers don't do as they please. Clearly they have picked up a loop hole on your systems. For your information I am not the only one some of my colleagues are suffering too. Surely you should be worried that people take policies and after a month they cancel. Brokers don't care they know they would have pocketed their commission while i suffer. for me to redeem my money its a process that is very stressful. PLEASE GET YOUR SYSTEMS IN ORDER. it starts slowly but it will eventually ruin your reputation.
