ONTLAMETSE THE RUDE OLDMUTUAL AGENT

I am speaking on behalf of people that have loans and are no longer employed. I have just been harassed and abused by a Ontlametse from Old mutual finance from number ***. Firstly I have been called by numerous people from Old mutual saying I must pay their loan. My job ended in December but March was the month were I could feel that I cannot pay this loan anymore. Please someone explain to me if I am a dishonest person employment ended in December and in March only I stated that soon as I get employed they will be the first people that I inform. This Ontlametse calls me today and I missed her call and returned it, she then says she will call me back. Not enough space to write entire story but lending companies must STOP I repeat they must STOP treating people like dirt and speaking to them like they worth nothing when they cannot suddenly pay their loans. When you are ok you are Ms whoever. The nerve for an agent to speak to me like that I dont know where she takes that. Who does she think she is, why do you treat customers like that especially customers that have never missed your installments I DEMAND A WRITTEN APOLOGY FROM THAT ONTLAMETSE SHE WILL NOT SPEAK TO ME LIKE
