One star is too high a rating wish we could give negatives

Dear old mutual. Unfortunately I have to give you at least a star. For the last 17 years you have received a premium for income protector quite happily. Now that you have the finance what my wife has paid for you simply put all kinds of roadblocks in the way. You offer no solutions and you simply wash your hands because she is too sick to go to the bank to validate her account.
