Once again arrears was put on my account due to one of old mutual emplyees not performing her functions. Please old mutual you can do better.Your staff member Rachmat Toefoe is *********** please send her for the necessary trainings aswell as customer service skills as she clearly dont have any. SHE IS GIVING OLD MUTUAL A BAD REPUTATION
