Old mutual group schemes. Thank you for very poor service after your broker's ********* behavior I'm still waiting for my refund.

27 Oct 2022, 12:21After numerous sms and emails OMGS promise to refund me whitin 9 working days. Guess what today I received an sms stating no refund becos no premium was collected. My bank statement clearly shows the ******** debit order went through after I decline the debicheck. If it is the way that OMGs do business I am closing this **** bank account of them and they can take that refund and shaf it. Yees to went through this lot of shot for a lousy R288.

03 Nov 2022, 11:13Good day fellow South Africans. Did you ever consider Old Mutual to do business with??? If you want hypertension and severe depression you can do business with them. They so called Old Mutual money account it is a struggle on a daily basis to log in. Even debit orders you did not mandate you cannot cancel and asked for a refund on their app. Capitec you can do you refunds and itß immediately available. Pathetic service
