OMG bad service OLD MUTUAL

The new Old Mutual Provident fund has a two pot system where you can withdrawn a small amount for emergency. Little do you know is that getting the money is probably the biggest struggle after submitting the withdraw and trying to get the information as to when it will, the service department not caring a flying **** how urgent this withdraw is. I mean this is money and I know I am making my pension money less. But I won't be doing this if it's not an emergency. I expected better service from such a well-known company and to have better turnaround times in payouts and answering complaints
