Please don't make use of old mutual Bank they really don't care about ppl Banks at them even the manager at mowbray is I don't care , I had a issue where they suspended my ACC it's now two weeks no one came to me with a satisfying answer all they say it's Bidvest the waiting on Capitec but I resolve the issue with Capitec they gave me acces to my ACC but old Mutual now two weeks I even wrote a email to the CEO Mr Andre Keller and Ian Williamson they like deaf ears so please rather invest by other insurance company or bank by othe banks I'm so disappointed.
