OMF sales consultant goes extra mile for client!

I app**** for a personal loan through old mutral finance telephonicly. A consultant [Email Removed] was not only extremely helpful and understanding with the application but also went the extra mile for me. Not only was he able to increase my Final Offer from the Pre Agreement offer , he also informed and assisted me in obtaining monies owed from a previous overpaid loan agreement (even though this is not his department, and i wasn't aware of this overpayment). He constantly updated me on the status of my application and also advised what documents I should supply to increase my Final offer amount. He informed me on debit orders that i should query on my bank account with certain service providers that use ref numbers that not even their own accounts department could justify to me (service provider). This is not my first application with old mutral finance and will certainly not be my last, the only difference now, is that I know which sales consultant to ask for in the future.
