OMF refusing to close my account and remove the Judgement

I had loans with old mutual, they were handed over one to Landau attorney's ref OMF ********** 003 and OMF ********** 002 to Smith-Smith attorney's . I settled both the loans on the29 November 2017.

Smith-Smith gave me a settlement letter on the 01 December 2017. But I had a Judgement on the account. I asked them when they going to remove the Judgement, they promised that it will be removed by January 2018. Nothing was done until today. I called them (smith), they told me to call Old Mutual and ask them to remove the Judgement. I called OMF they keep on transferring me to different departments, nothing is being done. They also told me to send email to omf bureaudisputes, I got no response. I even called them this morning, still no solution.

My other account OMF ********** 003 that was handed to Landau attorney's, the account is not closed, I called Landau, they gave me a settlement letter, but my account is still open with OMF. I called OMF since December, they promised to close the account by the 15th December 2017, but until today the account is not closed. I have been calling and calling, they keep on transferring me to different departments, telling me a lot of stories. The account is still not closed.

I AM ANGRY AND CONFUSED, I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE BECAUSE MY CREDIT RECORD IS NOT UPDATED. IM TRYING TO BUY SOMETHING, THE BANK IS TELLING ME ABOUT OLD MUTUAL. I REALY NEED SOMEONE TO ASSIST ME ON THIS PROBLEM. I PAID ALL MY ACCOUNTS WITH THEM BUT NOW THEY REFUSE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AND GIVE ME A PAID UP LETTER AND REMOVE THE JUDGEMENT ON MY NAME.
