OMF prescription letter
My old mutual account has prescribed and i contacted Debt-In which is the debt collectors and they advised me that they are waiting for Old Mutual to give them feed back. I sent an email on the 18th of September 2019 and i followed up again on the 3rd of October. As of today i haven't received the prescription letter.
