Omf embarrassing old mutual group with extreme unprofessionalism and lies

I am really disappointed to have experience such poor service and lack of values while values are displayed all over the green walls.my wife s money acc was suspended due to FICA doc that were needed then the money was deposited into her account we couldn't access it and we noticed the is a problem...we were deceived into believing that the account will be re opened when I return assured the consultant she wasn't sure of then I requested to to see the branch manager to verify her statement coz she sounded unsure and Irritated..the branch manager said it will be done shortly in an hour time..we received another sms saying we brought uncompliying docs but they required the same documents these people take TCF lightly and now we are here again I spent my day trying to sort this mess..I am disappointed with old mutual finance coz old mutual was never like this
