OMF

On the 28 April, I went to OMF SunnyPark to apply for a personal loan. I had all relevant documents, I.e. 3mnths payslips, bank statement and proof of residents. At first I was suspicious about the slow pace of capturing my application as I was in the branch for 3hrs! Needless to say, the lady that helped me, Precious, captured the loan and told me that everything seems fine. Later on I was told that I must get a stamp on my Feb payslip as it was a print out. I told her that our offices are Jhb and am I to do that as I am a field worker. After much thoufht, I went home and gave them the original payslip they required, this was the next day. After two days of going in and out of the branch she told me everything was fine and printed me my loan contact and told me the money will be deposited into my account the next day. Later on I get a voice mail on my phone from the lady who said that they now need a letter from my HR dept which confirm that my petrol allowance was recurring! I think to my self, of course it's recurring, it is showing on all three payslips I have supp**** them! OMF, how can I have a signed contract from them when my application is pending? Ombudsman
