I have personal loans at Old Mutual and I have got credit insurance on all of them. In October I was involved in a motor accident and was booked of with post dramatic stress and depression. I then could not afort to pay the installments from October till December. I have send all the relevant documentation as well as the foto's of the accident and the medical and police report. I waited for 4 months before they got back to me to inform me that Omart rejected the claim. According to them it is not a disability? So my concern is why would a medical doctor and a ER of a hospital admit you and prescribe post traumatic medication and Omart decline the claim. So at the end of the day it is a **** to belong to the insurance to cover you debts as this is not the case.
