OM takes advantage of elderly and vulnerable people

My elderly month has a policy with an old mutual that paid up last year in June. OM has not stopped deducting instalments since then. This year in May she went to their offices and they reversed the one-month's instalment and told her they would refund the instalments they took that they were not supposed to take. A month later they debited her account again. She asked for my help because she doesn't have the resources to go back and forth with OM to follow up on this. I just spoke to one of their X consultants and I am convinced they do these things because old people cannot afford to be chasing after them for refunds. This is diabolical and a shame.
