I had savings with old mutual from 01.01.2020-31.07.2020 and I was contributing 1500pm.the total available was supposed to be 10500.

First month after contribution I saw R1000.00 available instead of R1500 when I call old mutual they told me they over paid me on my previous investment I had with OM I was so angry because I did not get even a call about that and now they just taking my money without my approval. 2.in Aug I requested to withdraw the amount and they gave me only 8700 instead on R10 000.00 now they telling me about 15 years that they never mention to me.

What I am requesting is my 1800 to be paid back, I don’t care about the interest, No one told me that I was gambling about my money

I called Richards bay branch but since 08h00 I could not get hold of Simphiwe, Receptionist took my details 4 times but no call back was received.
