OM Insurance is Useless

Still waiting for your mail
OM sends me a letter cancelling my policy, citing that my bank returned the Dr Order
Absa had a glitch in their system hence the reason
OM terms State that they give you a 15 day grace period..Not do when you speak to them
My advice..Stay clear of OM..If they cannot even send mails or return calls, imagine if i have a claim
DISCOVERY, here i come
OM, don’t even bother, you’re absolutely useless when it comes to customer service
