OM are *******

I have an old policy with OM. For about 5 months I have been trying to find out what the penalty cost will be if I move my money to a different company. My broker and myself have requested this info several times. It's easy for them to generate on the computer, it just takes a few minutes. But they just won't answer our queries. All I get told is the admin fee, not the penalty. They are either useless or doing it on purpose to *******ly prevent me from withdrawing my money. I am warning people to never invest with OM. They are not ethical. Please rather invest with someone else. OM used to, in years gone by, be trustworthy but those days are long gone. Now I sit with a problem as they have my money that they are refusing to release. They are not just ***********, they are rogues.
