OM a cruel insure

After more than 5-8 years since I took a Funeral Life Cover Policy 'Greenlight' for my mother and during the COVID period I happen to change my salary date from end of the month to midmonth. OM office partialy working and have missed three premiums without knowledge and the product lapsed. OM refused to reinstate it claiming that I had used my two chances only to discover that the produxt is nolonger provided for in the company.
