OldMutualSA violates the POPI act at every chance they get.

I am not happy with an employee of OldMutualSA, the person name is Mpho Selotlego( Welkom branch).

He violated the Protection of Personal Information Act, because he was previously my late Father's *** 084) financial adviser. Following my Fathers passing, my sister and I visited the office of Mr M Selotlego, and we enquired about the last Will and testimony Mr. PS Matoli, which he said he send to Bloemfontein for save keeping at Nedbank.

We later found out he ****, because ended up saying to his boss my father never brought back the signed copy to him, but what is unfair was he billed my Father annually for save keeping but never did his job for 4years to get back the signed Will.

But the main violation her is that following a desion by his line manager for us to continue without the Will and finalize the estate of Mr PS Matoli. Then Mr Mpho Selotlego called my aunt's and nephew to discuss my Father policies and issue of the Will with them.

I would like to understand where does it state that a financial adviser, calls a meeting with family and discuss issue of the Will. Me and my sister where left out of this meeting. Please advice before I send my complaint to the Ombudsman for further investigation on this matter.

When I phoned the Oldmutual head office though Westgate branch, I was assisted by Mr Lloiso Cedile, who was very arrogant and did not help much, I don't understand why people like this represent your company.
