Oldmutual not paying my investment claim

I have an investment account with old mutual of R50000.00. On the 23rd of March, I put in a withdrawal claim, at which point I was told it would take 9 days. I recently started a business with my friends, and so I really need my money quick to cover overheads. When I called them to follow up, they gave me a date and didnt pay even then. It is now the 28th of April, and I have not seen a cent of my money.
