All I can say is I regret ever joining them ..I can already see all my hard earned money that I have been paying them going to waste, which is exactly how they operate. To get assisted you have to fight a tooth and nail, you have to be stubborn bcz they always want people to loose power and surrender especially on policies that they cant refund you. As for their contact centre, oh they have been trained well not to fully assist customers that have already paid a lot. Only white white consultants seem to understand their job. I should have listened to the social media warnings about them joh I highly regret.
