Terrible experience with “Old Mutual” , You just can’t speak to a human, I was on a call for over 45 minutes and was still not able to speak with a consultant. I am so frustrated, after changing a debit order on their web site, only one of my policies was debited from my bank account. None of the telephone numbers on their site are answered. So, so disappointed with Old Mutual after being a client of theirs for over 24 years. They seem to go out of their way to avoid speaking with people. When I took out my various policies, they were only to willing to speak with me. They have me hooked, so their avoidance to communicate with people (me) is so evident. RB Marnitz
