OldMutual

<p>My sister who passed had a policy with OldMutual on the day she passed i called the call centee several time they couldnt assist now we used our own money to pay for the funeral and now its time to pay Oldmutual has documents that just pop up from nowhere that iwasnt advised on the day of submission and there was no ohone call to update me i had to do a follow up myself but to my surprise there are document that they are just saying they want but all the documents have been submitted but they are asking for what i dont know as an excuse for not wanting to pay! I called one of the team leaders called Engelbrach from the claims department who was so rude and called me from a private number of which i assume all calls are recorded this guy even dropped the phone! This is an excuse of not wanting to pay</p>
