Hy hello peter my name is Jacob I'm writing this on behalf of my mother as his last San. My brather past away on 2019 6 November we do the claim with oldmutual they say the need postmoterm to complete the claim we wait for a mouth for postmoterm. We received it after we submitted the postmoterm as they ask they then ask for otopsi report couse. We ask them where to fide it the say to the doctor we went to the doctor the doctor say is the samething otopsi and posmorterm we went to detective hi told us the same we went to forensic they told us the same as well bt old mutual still insist for the document so now me and my mom we don't know where to find it we in debth becouse of oldmutual refusing to pay of the money becouse of the document we don't know where to find it anymore
