Oldmutual failings

I vuyani am livied with the way oldmutual is treating me..I had paid for over 4 years but now that it's time to pay they giving me the run around. I've sent all forms and doctors requirements however they keep asking for the same thing over n over... I still have the disability and cannot use my hand fully on my contract it's states when u cannot use your thumb , u liable for a claim...however they come up with all excuses..this are the people who we trust with our problems
