Oldmutual does not stick to turnaround times.
Here I taught oldmutual was a company with integrity. I took out and investment with them however due a financial situation I could not continue with agreement which I then surrendered on the 24/11/2025. They told me it would take at least 21 working days. It is already the 02/01/2026 and I still have not received my money so I'm coming on this platform to make people aware and reluctant to invest with oldmutual they have no urgency all they can say we will escalate the matter.
