Oldmutual again with dissapointing service
I always have issues with Old mutual when I have to withdraw. ONCE AGAIN,, I withdrew am amount that was matured and ready for withdrawal on the app with 3 to 5 days the funds arrived and was not the amount requested R28000 less. When I called they told me the bot made a mistake because they can see the amount requested vs amount received. When I try to woththe balance is it's no longer R28000 available it's R27000 . So I must be inconvenience and lose money because of the robot that made a mistake Wow.
