Oldmutual advisor poor service

I went to oldmutual branch in kerk I got to a lady her name is Asavela she refused to help me I wanted to reverse a debit order yhooo u girl she was like u can't reverse and I asked her why because I know they can reverse , she ddnt help me at all. Ohk I went to ghandi square oldmutual branch I got assistant by a very kind man he's name is Senzo that guy he ddnt complain he helped me and my debit order was reversed. That Asavela she doesn't know how to do her job she must just stay home if she doesn't want to work n*** poor service
