Old Stories from Old Mutual.

In June 2020 a company called The Data Factory e.mailed me to say I had unclaimed money owed to me by Old Mutual and that they would claim it for me ... which they did; and said I should contact Old Mutual if I hadn't been paid out in 3 months. I contacted them 3 months later and they said 'call Old Mutual' .I called Old Mutual on 25 November and they said the money would be paid out 6 weeks from 15 November i.e. 27 December. On 12 January I called them again and a lady called Olga said they had meant 6 to 8 weeks. It's now about 9 weeks from 15 November and there's silence from Old Mutual.
