OLD SHOULD BE SOLD

Old Mutual is probably competing with the regime for “useless” of the year award. I contacted them on the 8/09/2023 to enquire about the balance of my investment. I supp**** the investment number and my ID number. So all they had to do was type in the number, which should not have taken more than a few seconds. Instead, the correct department that I had sent the email to, sent it on to another department, “with the instruction, to help the client.” Today is the 12/09/2023 and the few seconds to complete my request, has STILL NOT been done. They give the word, PATHETIC, a whole new meaning.
